Our goal from the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak was to do everything possible to offer the kids in our program a recreational baseball season this summer. Unfortunately, this unprecedented pandemic has created a series of logistical challenges that we will not be able to address in time to host a spring/summer season. All registration fees will be refunded in full. Online registration refunds will begin this week. In person registrations will receive a check. Checks will be mailed out by the end of the week. Last, we would like to thank each of you for your patience and for allowing us time to monitor this evolving crisis. Without knowing exactly what the guidelines for our state would be, it was difficult to plan for this season. As many of you likely know, those guidelines weren’t released publicly until the end of last week. This gave us a very short window to come up with a strategy that would keep the health of our community in mind and provide a safe environment for everyone involved. In the end, it was too much to overcome.
In the meantime, we are working diligently to plan and make accommodations for a robust fall season and beyond. It is our goal to provide a safe venue for you and your family to enjoy the game we all love.
